Fine Bristol Rocking Ship Automaton 8 Day Longcase Clock by William Howell
The 8 Day bell striking movement is housed in a quality flame mahogany case with shell inlay, blind fretting and fluted columns.
The clock is very presentable at present but will be sent to our third generation restorer upon purchase for some minor remedial work to the case free of charge which will make this one of the best looking Bristol Automatons in the country that will provide service for many decades to come.
(This will include, minor work to door hinge, repair small area of fretting, full case polish and movement overhauled and serviced - estimated time 2 weeks)
